Ein Hattrick von Daniel Kelly in der ersten Halbzeit (9., 23. und 33. Minute) bildete dabei die Grundlage des Sieges. Waterford hatte in der 36. Minute die M\u00f6glichkeit, per Elfmeter zu verk\u00fcrzen, aber der Elfer wurde gehalten, so dass Dundalk mit der 3:0-F\u00fchrung in die Pause ging. In der 56.
