<\/p>\nDie Trag\u00f6die um den pl\u00f6tzlichen Tod von Ryan McBride vor einigen Wochen hatte Derry City erheblich aus der Bahn geworfen. 6 Ligaspiele ohne Sieg, dazu das Aus im Ligapokal. An diesem Wochenende nun konnte Derry endlich wieder gewinnen, mit 2:0 gegen Bohemians. Ansonsten h\u00e4tte wohl ein Abrutschen Richtung unterer Tabellenh\u00e4lfte gedroht. Ebenfalls ein Abrutschen in die untere H\u00e4lfte vermieden haben Shamrock Rovers, die mit 2:1 gegen Dundalk gewannen. Dundalk verliert damit den zweiten Tabellenplatz an Bray Wanderers, die einen Punkt gegen St. Patrick’s Athletic holten. Sowohl Dundalk als auch Bray verlieren aber weiter an Boden gegen\u00fcber Cork City, das die Tabellenf\u00fchrung mit einem klaren Sieg \u00fcber Finn Harps weiter ausbaut. Sean Maguire traf dabei zweimal f\u00fcr Cork und zieht in der Torj\u00e4gerliste wieder mit Gary McCabe (Bray) gleich. Finn Harps rutschen nach der Niederlage in die Abstiegszone, aus der sich Sligo Rovers mit einem 3:0 gegen Limerick vorerst befreit haben.<\/p>\n

Unter besonderer Beobachtung stand wohl das Spiel von Athlone Town gegen Cobh Ramblers. Nach den Vorg\u00e4ngen der letzten Tage vielleicht etwas \u00fcberraschend gab es nur wenige \u00c4nderungen an der Aufstellung, der Gro\u00dfteil der am Spiel gegen Longford beteiligten Athlone-Spieler stand auch gegen Cobh auf dem Platz. Anders als gegen Longford gab es diesmal aber einen Sieg f\u00fcr Athlone. Cobh hat damit die Tabellenf\u00fchrung wieder an Waterford abgeben m\u00fcssen, das seinerseits 1:0 gegen Shelbourne gewann.<\/p>\n
